Chinese Monumental

Rookwood’s Chinese monumental grounds are characterised by grand monuments and views of the cemetery’s magnificent Chinese World War II Memorial Pavilion. 

 

Jewish Monumental

Rookwood’s Jewish monumental grounds are consecrated Jewish burial grounds, located near the Beit Tephilla. Our interment services within these grounds are customised to reflect community values.

 

Eastern Orthodox / Greek Monumental

Rookwood’s Greek Orthodox monumental grounds consist of grand monuments, often incorporating the Greek Cross at the head of each allotment. 

 

Russian Orthodox Monumental

Rookwood’s Russian Orthodox monumental grounds consist of grand monuments, often incorporating the Byzantine Cross at the head of each allotment. 

 

Macedonian Orthodox Monumental

Rookwood’s Macedonian Orthodox monumental grounds consist of grand monuments, often incorporating the Veljusa Cross at the head of each allotment.

Rookwood’s Lutheran monumental grounds consist of a range of monumental designs that reflect the values of the Lutheran community.

 

Ukrainian Monumental

Rookwood’s Ukranian monumental ground is characterised by culturally specific monuments, abundant greenery and a traditional archway that provides a grand entrance to the area.

 

Anglican Monumental

Rookwood’s Anglican monumental grounds date back to 1867 when the cemetery was first established. These areas offer families a traditional and tranquil memorial ground.
